I make videos how to collect leads from veretekk system, and how to setup autoresponder. Next video I will do tomorrow, will show how to upload email list to Veretekk Veremail system. It is 10:52 EST – 7:52 PST right now we have 1615 leads. System will still collect leads for next 4h before reset counter. I will send my autoresponder letter just before midnight to rich most leads.

Yesterday I collect 1752 leads, Today I will reuse those leads and sed verification email to them again.

I am going to group those leads base on email server: gmail, yahoo, msn, hostmail, and use it to build my facebook friends network. Recently google add new service BUZZ. I am going to upload all gmail leads to my gmail account and use google BUZZ to connect with them.

Today I update veretekk silver account to Veretekk Gold Account using 30 Days Free Trial. Trial version allow me to used all functionality of veretekk system. I can go to all live online training sessions, used and test provided information on system, and see how it is working. I have full access to veremail, my own conference room, lead generation  portals, blog, rss and much more.

I used Platinum Control Panel to configure system, link all portals, add meta keywords, meta description, title.
With Keywords I configured only three portals which are related to free leads category. Other portals I need configure differently for what they are design.

I prepared an autoresponder letters, and upload it to veremail ? unlimited autoresponder. Using veremail I can create unlimited number of campaign, upload unlimited number of leads per day, build unlimited leads data base. All those futures are build in veretekk gold account.

On daily basis veretekk generated quality email leads. Size of the list is different every day as it is generating daily base on traffic to veretekk portals. From my observation number of leads usually is between 1500 and 2500, close to 2000.

Today 3/20/2010 I collect 1752 leads and send prepared autoresponder letter (list of leads is reset at midnight PST, and collect again) .

3. Never upsize your meals:

   Eat the smallest portions available. This way you can fully partake of the meal without piling up the calories and without feeling deprived. It is also important to choose wisely when you order. If you have to, ask about the dish you are interested in. Make sure it is not smothered in thick and fatty gravy or sauce. If you have to, ask them to serve the gravy or sauce on the side.

4. Keep to fresh food:

   It is always better to eat fresh food. Convenience food are normally very calorie dense and it can make for passive overeating (overeating without realizing how many calories you are consuming.) This is becoming a very real problem in today’s busy life. Make sure what you are eating; even salads are not always a safe choice if it contains all kinds of high calorie ingredients

Staying “faith-filled” when situations scream “FEAR!”

Sound familiar?  If you’ve read a newspaper or turned on a television set lately, you’ve heard one or all of these statements.  What’s the first thing that runs through your mind?  If you’re not careful, fear rears its ugly head, and it’s easy to get stressed or even become panicky.  “How will I take care of my family?”  “What if I get laid off from my job?”  These questions rush through your mind, and your blood pressure rises.

It is true that we are experiencing difficult times, and even those of strong faith may find themselves allowing fear and doubt to creep in.  How do we get rid of that fear?  The Bible tells us that the opposite of fear is faith.

What is faith?
Hebrews 11:1 (NIV) says: “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.”  Some people talk about how others seem to have more faith than they have themselves.  However, faith is like a muscle, and needs to be exercised.  We all have equal amounts of those “spiritual muscles” called faith but many people don’t work out those muscles and they lie there soft and dormant, waiting to be stepped on by fear and what life encounters.  Strengthening your faith comes from reading and hearing God’s Word.

Think back on other difficult times when God came through
Rather than dwelling on the challenges that we’re all facing and worrying about the “what ifs,” it helps to think back on times when God came through for you.  We all have times where we struggled and didn’t have the answer within us as to what our future held.  Write down those times when God answered your prayers – keep a praise journal.  Read it often when you feel anxious about the future.

Try not to worry
These scriptures in Matthew 6 sum it up:
25“Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more important than food, and the body more important than clothes?  26Look at the birds of the air; they do not sow or reap or store away in barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them.  Are you not much more valuable than they?  27Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?”  28“And why do you worry about clothes?  See how the lilies of the field grow.  They do not labor or spin.  29Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.  30If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?  31So do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’  32For the pagans run after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.  33But seek first His kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.  34Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.  Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Approximately 50% of the adult population is directly affected by mens health issues. The other 50% of the adult population and generally all children and adolescents are indirectly affected by mens health. People are claiming the Simon Grabowski, owner of Implix, is part of the opportunity. His company, allegedly, is the one that sold the autoresponder to Web Prosperity.

Is there a crime in being involved with a business opportunity? I don't think so! Well then, what's all the fuss about?

I guess, at least from the comments on review-webprosperity.com, Mr. Grabowski, has been promoting Web Prosperity through his web prosperity site and also through YouTube.com. Then when all the posts about him being involved in Web Prosperity started to show up, he quickly, or someone that controls those sites, took his information down.

Then, from what I gather, he put his information back up. So, I guess you can be the judge if Simon Grabowski has something more to gain, then just the few thousand dollars he received from Web Propserity, for a license to his GetResponse autoresponder.

Recent improvements in extraction and purification methods, however, have produced a natural form of allicin that is more stable and can be used in a variety of potential products, such as skin creams, soaps, and dietary supplements.

In the first study, according to British researchers that tested the effects of allicin in both a liquid and a cream form against a common antibiotic-resistant strain of Staph bacteria called MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus). The garlic preparations were tested in two strengths: a low concentration designed to inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria, and a high concentration thought to actually kill such bacteria. More than 88 percent of the samples responded to both the high and low concentration garlic formulas. The cream even showed higher levels of bacteria-fighting activity than some other commonly used antibiotic creams.

Another study presented at ICAAC found that an allicin solution was able to stop another powerful drug-resistant bacteria called VRE (vancomycin-resistant Entercoccus) from growing and spreading in laboratory tests. It had a bacteriostatic (bacteria-inhibiting) effect. It did not reduce the number of germs enough to be called bactericidal (bacteria-killing). This is consistent with the findings that garlic has antibacterial properties against a wide variety of organisms.

Scientists are now investigating using garlic to prevent the development of antibiotic-resistant infections. Candidates might include people who have impaired immune systems or those entering the hospital, where antibiotic-resistant germs tend to congregate. By giving these people garlic as a preventive, it might be possible to stop the infection from taking hold in the first place-rather than trying to use garlic to treat an infection that has already become out of control. These laboratory findings suggest there is great potential for garlic use as a microbe-fighting treatment, but human tests are needed before any recommendations can be made.

For myself I have included generous portions of garlic in my diet, raw and cooked. I always have at least one fresh garlic bulb on hand. When I get down to one, I usually buy some more. It’s still a good buy. For me most foods don’t just taste right unless they are flavored with garlic. I am fortunate that I am not bothered with an aftertaste. That seems to be true of all the foods that I eat. I might add that I do eat a strict Kosher diet. Maybe that has something to do with it.

It''s a well known fact that two out of every five Americans will develop some kind of cancer in their lifetime. And according to medical experts, chemotherapy (chemo) and radiation therapy still play a large role in the treatment of most cancers, despite their serious side effects.

In an article written by Dr. Christine Northrup, M.D., for Vital Choice, she states, “many doctors are under the impression that it's not safe to take vitamins while undergoing these treatments-and that vitamins, such as vitamin C, can actually render treatment less effective.”

Dr. Northrup continues, “This has never made any sense to me given that supplements help healthy cells stay healthy and also improve overall immunity.”

In 2007 there was a definitive study done called, “Antioxidants and Other Nutrients Do Not Interfere with Chemotherapy or Radiation Therapy and Can Increase Kill and Increase Survival.”

The two part study, conducted by the Simone Protective Cancer Institute in New Jersey, shows that a single front-page interview (without scientific justification) in a 1997 edition of The New York Times, a single research paper involving mice, and a press release by its author LL led to the erroneous conclusion that vitamin C interfered with chemo and radiation in humans.

Concern was raised over the facts that antioxidants such as vitamin C neutralize free radicals, and most cancer treatments kill cancer cells by generating free radicals. Was one fighting the other?

“Oncologists observed that folic acid (an antioxidant) interferes with methotrexate (one type of chemo). Suddenly, doctors started to accept the unproved notion that this applied to all antioxidants and that taking any supplements or other nutrients would interfere with treatment,” states Dr. Northrup.

According to the study, “non-prescription antioxidants and other nutrients actually enhance the ability of these modalities to kill cancer cells. They also help protect healthy tissue and decrease side effects.”

I'm not a doctor or medical professional, so don't take my advice, but I do know how I feel when taking vitamin C and other supplements. Most vitamins and supplements will not have adverse affects on your body, but always talk to your doctor before taking supplements, especially if your under your doctors care and supervision.

My mom used to always say, “take vitamin C, it helps fight colds.” I guess there is a lesson we can learn from our mothers.

My research into Web Prosperity continues at scam.com where I've found numerous posts regarding Web Prosperity and its founder, David D'arcangelo. It seem that he is up to his old tricks, moving to a new company/opportunity. From what I've found so far, D'arcangelo has been involved with several opportunities, all of which have failed.

Below is a quote taken from the scams.com web site:

There is no denying David D'Ardangelo's involvement and leadership with Entreport and AMS Health Services, however what David D'Arcangelo doesn't tell you is that each time he touches something it falls apart. D'arcangelo's past business experiences:

• Financial Destiny Group Incorporated – short lived failure.

Now here comes David D'Arcangelo again riding the same old tired pale horse. (Doesn't death always rides a pale horse?)

This time however King D'arcangelo is swathed in a plain brown wrapper knock off of the Get Response program (Web Prosperity) for which he expects you to pay 3x what it would cost you to use the real thing.

Missing form the list of D'arcangelo's past experiences is GBG's 10-in-one-vitamins, where he is the company spokesperson. I guess only time will tell if this is "a legit business opportunity", but from what I have read, it's more of an illegal pyramid scheme. Web Prosperity is one opportunity that I would NOT recommend you get involved with, until it has been cleared by the authorities.
